This term we will be looking and talking about Summer fun. We will use talk activities to allow children to talk about their holiday experiences, Look at different forms of travel, and places the children like to visit we visit. For example the Zoo.

The planning and learning aims for this term are based on Growing and Change.
Throughout Term 4 we will explore the six Early Learning Goals by exploring the Spring topic of growing and observing changes.
We will watch closely as caterpillars turn into butterflies. We will look at what plants need to help them grow, visit a Garden Centre.
We will explore springtime and Easter and look at Eggs!!

This term we are talking about how things grow. We will use two stories Titch and Jasper’s Bean. Teddy Tots will also explore animals and their young through games, creative activities and songs.

The planning and learning aims for this term are based on “Investigations Using Our Senses”.
This “core Curriculum” aims to meet children’s needs by providing a based for development and learning which works alongside activities which have been identified by Key Workers through observations and monitoring. Staff will also be guided by the children when the play is motivated by a child’s own activity or interest.
